Discovered in 1920 as the Blue Jay Mine by Lee Hand, it is a historic and currently operating mine known for producing high-grade turquoise, particularly its sought-after dark blue, spiderweb matrix stones and lighter blue to gray-blue varieties.This is natural untreated turquoise.
